Currently we can only ship within the U.S.A. Only!

Allow minimum 3-14 days for order delivery. We cannot ship to P.O.. boxes or Military bases.

 Please note: Weight, length, height, and width will have an effect on  shipping price. Example; If you order oversized parts, or heavy items, the actual shipping cost may have to be adjusted after the order is confirmed and the original shipping price is then disregarded. 

Please note: We can no longer ship extremely oversized or freight items ( bumpers, sheet metal, windshield's, etc). We are sorry for any issues this may cause.




Our inventory software does not have the capability to do real time updates of parts quantities for our clients to see. As such, our shipping options are updated with ETA's that take into account special order parts. Most new, current model items are in stock ( 2009-2017) and usually ship same day. Older models (2008- older) may have to be special ordered. Please take this into account for delivery.


Please be aware, we cannot accept credit cards that the financial institution is not primarily based in the United States. These cards (international cards), in most cases, do not pass our Authorization system and orders that do not pass will be canceled. Please contact your financial institution to see if they support AVS Authorization system.

All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military bases. Special Order Items: Although we do have a large inventory of brand new OEM Kia parts, we do not have enough space to keep one of everything on the shelf for all models. It is sometimes necessary to special order items from Kia to complete an order. We usually see our special order parts arrive in two business days as long as they are available from our parts distribution center. If they are coming from a different parts distribution center, the wait will be longer.  If you are in need of something sooner than the usual two business days, we can most likely get it the next day if the order is submitted by 2:00pm PST. However, there will be an additional charge of $10 or 10% of the list price of the item(s), whichever is greater. NOTE: Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to: engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering.

International Orders: We do not ship or process orders outside the United States. . We will also be happy to ship the parts to another location in the U.S., such as a depot for the shipping carrier of your choice, but please be aware that billing information must match that of the credit card you wish to use, and we can only process orders that billing information originates in the United States.  If you order a part that is Oversize, Heavyweight or may have unusually high shipping costs, we will contact you prior to shipping to give you a shipping estimate. At that time we will ask for written or verbal consent to charge you actual shipping costs. International Buyers are responsible for all costs incurred while shipping the product to their given address. This includes, but is not limited to insurance, import taxes or duties.

Haz-Mat Items: Due to the various materials found in some of Kia's products, not all parts are available for us to ship.  Examples include, but are not limited to: shock absorbers, hood/trunk struts, seatbelts, airbags, batteries, touch-up paint etc. Please e-mail us before placing an order so we can check with Kia to make sure the product is safe for us to ship to your location. Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered "Final Sale."

Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
