Contact/Communication methods

Please note: we will contact you via email/message about and issues or discrepancies on your order. You will be notified at the email provided when there is a message on the site pending. If there is a discrepancy on your order and you do not reply to our message by 9am PST the next business day, we will cancel the order so your funds are not held for a unneeded period of time. Please note, sometimes these messages can go to your spam account.

 VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN)

We can only look up items for cars produced for the United States. We cannot look up international vehicles.

Please include VIN number to ensure part accuracy and to get you the most up-to-date part.

Please be aware, As of June 9th 2014, we no longer have access to VIN information for cars based in Puerto Rico. Due to this, we can no longer reliably look up and service these vehicles.

If you did NOT include the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at the time of your order, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered if they are found to be incorrect at the time of delivery. Orders without VIN will be considered sold "as is". Cancelations done before the order ships will be honored, and the client will be refunded in full (part purchase + shipping).

INVENTORY

Our inventory software does not have the capability to do real time updates of parts quantities for our clients to see. As such, our shipping options are updated with ETA's that take into account special order parts. Most new, current model items are in stock ( 2009-2014) and usually ship same day. Older models (2008- older) may have to be special ordered. Please take this into account for delivery.

BILLING INFORMATION

Due to recent events with credit card security and identity theft, the billing address must match that of the payment (credit card). If it does not, the order will be automatically canceled and the client notified with the reason for the cancelation. 

Please be aware, we cannot process international orders from outside the United States, nor can we accept international credit cards for orders with-in the United States. This is due in part that they do not pass our authorization system and orders that do not pass our authorization system will be canceled. Please also be aware that some financial institutions in the United States do not support AVS Authorization system ( Most common with small banks/credit unions). If you are not sure, please contact you bank to see if they support the system before placing an order.

PAINTED/NON-PAINTED ITEMS

All exterior body items do not come painted. You will need to have them painted before you install.  If you have questions please email to confirm.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently we can only ship within the U.S.A. Only!

Allow 5-14 days for order, depending on your shipping options.  We cannot ship to P.O.. boxes or Military bases.

 Please note: Weight, length, height and width will have an effect on shipping price. Example; If you order oversized parts such as a bumper or radiator, those would potentially have to be adjusted for shipping charges. Anyone potentially ordering over sized parts, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note: We can no longer ship extemely oversized or freight items ( bumpers, sheet metal, windshield's, etc). We are sorry for any issues this may cause.     

HAZ-MAT ITEMS

We cannot ship HAZ-MAT items such as SHOCKS, STRUTS, TOUCH-UP PAINT, AIR BAGS, SEAT BELTS, SEAT BELT BUCKLES OR PRE-TENSIONERS or LIQUIDS. If you are unsure if an item is HAZ-MAT in nature, please email us as we will be glad to help you. 

KEYS

Due to keys and most remotes being considered security items, we cannot cut or ship cut keys. Uncut keys are ok to ship. Most local KIA dealers will cut the blanks for a nominal fee.
